Song View

This Irish melody dates from the early 17th century and is attributed to the harpist Rory Dall O'Cahan, although the sources are very poor. The oldest publication we have is in a manuscript from 1644, where the title was given in Latin as "da mihi manum". The melody is also known under the Gaelic title "Tabhair dom do Lámh".
