In 2008, the Munich Regional Court had ordered Gary Moore to pay an undisclosed amount in damages to Jürgen Winter, the author of "Nordrach" (track from Jud's Gallery from 1974, first released on record in 2000). Striking similarities between the two pieces were noted and it was considered possible that Moore might have heard "Nordrach" when he lived in Bonn in 1974.
