The film "Breakfast At Tiffany's" had its premiere on October 5, 1961 in New York City. But the soundtrack album had already been on the market since August 1961. In the film, the song is interpreted by Audrey Hepburn; on the soundtrack album, however, only the corresponding instrumental version with chorus and a likewise instrumental "Moon River Cha Cha" can be found.
